Scope to multi-engine ISA sweep; record verified tooling facts

Memory-only commit (no code yet). Corrects two earlier-draft errors
and records what was verified against the actual binaries on this box.

Workload set v1 (all behind one Workload trait):
- stress-ng --cpu (integer rail, high-clock)
- y-cruncher SSE (variant Binaries/11-SNB ~ Hina, SSE4.2 only)
- y-cruncher AVX2 (variant Binaries/13-HSW ~ Airi, AVX2)
- 7z b (the z-7ip bench — NOT y-cruncher; earlier draft conflated them)
- c2c-latency (hand-rolled, P<->P + P<->E)
- dram-latency (hand-rolled, L1/L2/L3/DRAM pointer-chase)
- minecraft-server (PaperMC, deferred to v2 per user)

Corrections:
- z-7ip is 7z b (/usr/bin/7z v26.02), NOT a y-cruncher workload.
- y-cruncher has NO CLI flag for ISA selection. Force the ISA by
invoking the per-microarch VARIANT binary directly (SNB=SSE, HSW=
AVX2); the wrapper auto-selects and can't be trusted for explicit
ISA isolation. Verified: both variants run standalone, report
'Passed'/failed per FFT round, 'Stop on Error' enabled by default.

Decisions recorded:
- NO AVX-512 rail (user: E-cores stay enabled; kernel disables AVX-512
when E-cores present). Three rails: int / SSE / AVX2.
- WHEA detection skipped (user): rely on workload self-checks (the
gold-standard OC stability signal on non-ECC parts). rasdaemon noted
as the future belt-and-braces option if ever needed.
- Throttle detection is free: observed peak clock per run doubles as
the throttle signal (drop below ISA rail = throttle). No root needed.

Verified tooling: stress-ng --taskset for P/E pinning; Java 25 for
PaperMC; perf_event_open syscall works without the perf binary; /bin
gitignored so y-cruncher (closed-source freeware) stays out of the repo.
